Ongoing Groups

At Christ Unity Church we have many small group Ministries that meet

on a regular basis. If you're looking to get connected with like minded

people, and to enrich your connection with Spirit, please read about our

groups below.

Food Addicts in Recovery Anonymous

We are an international fellowship of men and women who have experienced difficukties in life as a result of the way we

have experienced difficulties in life as a result of the way we eat. We joined Food Addicts Anonymous either because we

could not control our eating or because we were obsessed with food. We find that we need the fellowship of others who

share this problem and this program of recovery to stop abusing food and live a fulfilling life.

Meeting Times: Every Thursday at 6:30pm

Hatha Yoga

Bodily postures, breathing techniques and meditation bring about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. An

understanding of the physical body, etheric components of the chakra system & the body’s relationship to energy,

thoughts and actions is included.

Living the 4 Agreements Wisdom Group

Join the study of The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz while reading another wisdom book by Ruiz, The Voice of

Knowledge.

Metaphysical Christianity: West Meets East

This ongoing study group explores the metaphysical aspects of Christianity and how they interface with ancient Asian

wisdom, revealing essential keys to personal transformation. The text used is Paramahansa Yogananda's "The Second

Coming of Christ: The Resurrection of the Christ Within You." There is a combination of textual study, discussion and

meditation with each class. All open-hearted and open-minded seekers are welcome!

Men's Group

The Men’s Groups at CUC are dedicated to expanding and supporting the spiritual development of men.

Meeting Times: Every Tuesday at 7am, every Friday at 6:30pm, and the first Saturday of each month.

Prayer Group

Prayer is the foundation of Unity and Christ Unity. This group opens the way to the higher consciousness of God,

and prays for individuals, situations and our church. Once a month we celebrate birthdays and enjoy a delicious

potluck lunch.

Meeting Times: Every Wednesday at 11am

Writer's Group

Do you write poetry, fiction, non-fiction, technical etc. and desire feedback? This safe and welcoming group will

give thoughtful and honest feedback to the reading of your work. Occasionally, published authors share their wisdom

and experiences.

Meeting Times: Usually the first and third Friday of each month at 6:30 pm, but changes are frequent.
