PC Users:

Volume control for video download may be adjusted in (3) places on your PC. 

Windows Media Player:

There is a volume control option on the Windows Media player below the screen where the video appears. Simply fly 

Windows Taskbar: is the bar with the START button is at the bottom of your screen.

To the right of that appears a video control option which looks like the speaker. Right Clicking on the speaker will take you to the volume control open dialogue box where you may also adjust your volume levels.

Accessories: You may also access the volume control box by going to

Windows Start>All Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Volume Control
